Scope and operator
These terms govern use of City Passport, provided by 株式会社悠遊. Please also check the conditions shown for individual features.

Your account
Manage your account securely and do not let others use your login credentials. Provide accurate application and store information. Contact support if you notice unauthorized use.
Passports, stamps and gifts
Stamps and visits reflect the facts recorded by the service. Gift contents, stamp thresholds, validity periods and other conditions follow the relevant store settings and the conditions displayed for each gift.
Eligible gifts may be transferred to a friend once. Confirmed transfers and use cannot be undone. Check the displayed conditions and confirmation information before proceeding.
Events
Check the venue, organizer, eligibility, date, time and participation fee before registering. Personally hosted events are operated by their organizers; City Passport is not involved in operating them. Contact the organizer shown for questions about an event.
Paid merchant services
Plan and stamp-pack prices, contents and payment methods are shown on the purchase page. See the commercial disclosure for sale terms, service availability, refunds and cancellations.
Posts and others’ rights
Only upload photos, text and store materials that you have the right to submit. Do not infringe copyrights, privacy or other rights, submit false applications, fraudulently obtain stamps, harass others or gain unauthorized access to the service.
AI-generated content
AI-generated content may contain errors. Review it and consider others’ rights before publishing or using it. The privacy policy explains how inputs are handled.
Closure and personal information
Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Earlier history does not transfer to a new account when you register again. See the privacy policy for deletion, de-identification and retention after closure.
Contact and changes
Contact support@citypassport.app for faults or problems using the service. Changes to these terms are published here, with notices and other steps where required by law. These terms do not limit user rights protected by law.
Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)
The following conduct is prohibited.
(1) Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals; (2) infringement of the rights of other users, merchants or third parties;
(3) false visits or acquisition of stamps or gifts by improper means; (4) impersonating another person;
(5) interfering with operation of the Service or unauthorized access; (6) commercial solicitation or spam;
(7) discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or violent posts; (8) other conduct the Company considers inappropriate.
Article 8 (Changes, suspension and termination of the Service)
The Company may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, failures, legal reasons or other circumstances where necessary.
The Company will endeavor to give advance notice of material changes.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company does not warrant that the Service will meet a user’s particular purpose or be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Disputes between users and merchant users, or between users, shall be resolved by the parties concerned. The Company assumes no liability except in cases of its willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. Except where exclusion of liability is not permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the consideration paid by the user to the Company during the preceding 12 months.
Article 10 (Amendments to these Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms. Amended Terms take effect when posted within the Service or on the website.
Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes concerning the Service.
